Summer Employment
at
Michindoh Conference Center

Join a team of Christ followers as we work together to build God's Kingdom through evangelistic camping programs and servant ministry to both youth and adults.  Do more than just earn money this summer.  Come be a part of a dynamic ministry of sharing God's love with others.  You will grow in your walk with the Lord as you bless those you serve. 

Counselors will have the opportunity to work at least 8 weeks during the summer.  Many of the support positions will work a longer summer season.  There are opportunities for counselors who need additional work throughout the summer to work in support roles prior to and after the counseling season.  These opportunities are limited, so those who have this need should make us aware of it during the application process. 

Michindoh serves thousands of youth throughout the summer, both in our own evangelistic programs and through service to other organizations who hold their programs at Michindoh.

• Lifeguard Support Specialists

• Videographer / Media Specialist

• Food Service

• Accommodations / Housekeeping

• Grounds

Michindoh Conference Center is a campus of Spring Arbor University and will give priority to Spring Arbor students for summer employment.
