About

4D stands for "developing disciples and doing dishes." Dishes? That's right! We spend time doing dishes and other kinds of practical service around Michindoh, including getting hands-on experience working with campers as an assistant to the counselors. We want to disciple Christian teens through relational ministry, time in God’s word, and opportunities for service in an environment of fun and friendship. Teens will have opportunities to serve in many different areas of camp, including program, dining hall, and housekeeping. The daily schedule changes to meet the schedule needs of camp, but will include time for daily Bible study, working a shift in the dining hall, while also spending time with their assigned cabin, enjoying fun activities, chapel, and opportunities for relationship building and discipleship.

Junior hourly staff are also welcome to apply to be a part of the 4D Team.
