About
Counselors-In-Training assist summer camp counselors in supervising and caring for campers who attend one of Michindoh’s summer programs. CITs travel with their cabin, assist with activities and waterfront, attend chapel services, and build relationships with their campers. CITs meet together daily with the CIT Directors to be encouraged to grow in faith and leadership together, and also meet one-on-one with a CIT director each week.
Junior hourly staff are also welcome to apply to be a part of the CIT Team.
