Meals are served in the lower level of the Merillat Lodge. Groups are asked to arrive at their scheduled time. Guests are welcomed to get seconds as desired; the buffet line may close as soon as 30 minutes after the last scheduled mealtime.
Breakfast
Daily menu items may include both hot and cold breakfast entrées, fresh fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal options, and a variety of bread choices for making toast. The beverage bar includes a variety of juice, milk, tea, and coffee. Breakfast is typically scheduled at 8 am but may vary within 30 minutes of this time to accommodate various groups and prevent long lines.
Lunch
Daily menu items may include a salad bar, soup of the day, and entrées. Bread and spreads area available. The beverage bar includes a variety of juice, milk, tea, and coffee. Lunch is typically scheduled at 12 pm but may vary within 30 minutes of this time to accommodate various groups and prevent long lines.
Dinner
Daily menu items may include a salad bar, soup of the day, veggies, and dinner entrées. Bread and spreads area available. The beverage bar includes a variety of juice, milk, tea, and coffee. Dinner is typically scheduled at 5:30 pm but may vary within 30 minutes of this time to accommodate various groups and prevent long lines. Groups are asked to arrive at their scheduled time.
