Working in a camping ministry environment is challenging. Why? There will be struggles, and yet they will pale in comparison to the victories, both in your own life, and the lives of those we joyfully minister to. And, of course, you will never be alone, but you will be surrounded by a community of love and support who will always have your back. Together, we will have the best summer ever!

"As an employee at Michindoh Conference Center, I was surrounded by a supportive, loving group of people that were at camp to serve God. The whole team at Michindoh was amazing in how they cared for each other and this created a joyful atmosphere that included everyone. The best part of working at Michindoh was how FUN the team made the whole summer. From watching fireworks as a cabin, to the endless games, it was always a blast. Michindoh was also very caring and gracious in giving their counselors a break in the middle of the day as well as weekends off. This is something I really appreciated as I learned that this is not always the case at other summer camps. By the time summer was over, Michindoh felt like home and I am so grateful for the opportunity and the many friends I made while I was there."
